AB Medical is a newly established company headquartered in Athens, which engages in the import and distribution of advanced technological medical products in the healthcare market in Greece. Its focus of operation is in the Interventional Radiology and Interventional Cardiology fields where it offers the latest generation of drug-eluting balloon technology.
The company has managed to set the pace from the early beginnings of its operation as it counts its first strategic partnership with MedAlliance, a privately-owned medical technology company based in Nyon, Switzerland, with facilities in Irvine CA, Glasgow UK and Singapore. Intended for use as a Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) balloon catheter to dilate de novo or restenotic coronary lesions, for the purpose of improving myocardial perfusion and decreasing the incidence of restenosis.
SELUTION SLR offers the broadest range of PTCA drug-eluting balloon catheters with balloon diameters ranging from 1.50 mm to 5.00 mm and lengths from 10 mm to 40 mm.
